Concert at The Ottawa Public Library!
A big thank you to everyone who came out to the Ottawa (Main Branch) Public Library Sunday January 24 to sing and dance in celebration of Family Literacy Day! You were a big, fun and wonderful audience. It was special that so many of you knew my songs already and could sing right along. Jeff Morrison and I had a fun time performing for you. Debbie Carroll and Tannis Slimmon were interviewed by Mary Ito on the topic of HOUSE CONCERTS. Apologies that the time was switched once again, from 8:00 to 7:30 AM at the last minute.
If you missed the interview, you can still hear it at the CBC Fresh Air Website (anywhere in the world!), but only for the next couple of days. It’s easy. Just go to http://www.cbc.ca/freshair , look for the 7:30 AM time slot and click on “LISTEN”. You will miss hearing the opening introduction by Mary and the beautiful song “Weathervane” by Tannis, but the rest of the interview is there.
